Over the last 20 years, the requirements for conveyor techniques have also changed with production systems.
While products in earlier times simply were moved from A to B, today they have to meet a much larger catalogue of requirements.
MCG covers the following individual mechanical and control-related specialisation areas here:
Flexible materials handling units, identification of individual by-products along materials handling lines, emergency strategies, simplicity in maintenance and operation. These are all possible aspects in the conception phase of an individual materials handling system.
To ensure the project's success we proceed here with the following process model:
An alternatives planning is generated via layout with requirements coordination. Both the technology used and an initial estimate of the costs and time requirements for implementation with our customers are discussed here. It is also important in this early phase to organise the interfaces for structure, construction and logistics requirements with a clear information and requirements exchange.
The spec sheet compilation can begin when the decisions (technology, budget, time) have been made. Our experience is the key here to successful contract awarding.
Compliance with specified programme modules and the communication integration of the systems into the higher level ERP and MES systems in particular are the centre of focus with the work with plant suppliers. Pre-acceptance and regular, technical and organisational project meetings are agreed as milestones for the project's progress.
Interfaces with construction areas, IT departments, TGA and structure sub-projects must be agreed in detail during this phase. During implementation/realization we coordinate the suppliers and check the quality and progress of the superstructures.
From the start-up of individual system parts through to ready-to-operate handover of the entire materials handling system, we structure and coordinate the entire ramp-up for you.
