Project Management

With 60% of all projects with companies and official authorities, the planned resources don't last through to production!

More than half of all projects exceed both the financial framework conditions and the planned timeframe. These planning problems must be countered with enormous cost and resources input. With the aid of front loading and well-planned risk management, your projects can be completed successfully, more efficiently and resource-friendlier.

MCG's 4 phase model guarantees careful and industry-independent planning and performance for successful projects. Every phase has a defined result and can therefore be called up individually. MCG offers both the entire project management and coordination and a Project Management Office, which can be booked independently of one another.

MCG's 4 phase model

The definition phase is used to firm up the framework conditions of a project. The specific project requirements with targets and non-targets, plus interfaces and responsibilities, are defined in this phase. All risks are illustrated and measures are defined together with the customer. This information is logged in a spec sheet, which serves as the basis for the project to be completed.

The project requirements are specified and itemised in detail in the planning phase. A strategically appropriate procedure model is also chosen and all work packages are defined and ordered in a structure plan. The resources are planned in compliance with the Critical Chain Project Management to achieve an optimum flow in the project. The result of the planning phase is the MCG project plan.

MCG's experienced project managers ensure targets and goals are achieved with controlling, coordination and well thought through decisions. An important PMO task in this phase is the performance of the activities defined in the risk management. Regular and well researched reporting to all involved is an essential step towards project success.

In addition to the achievement of all goals and targets, a successful project also includes handover to series, documentation and a lessons learned. MCG organises a Project Closing for this with all responsible people.
