The Munich Consulting Group is now an official innovation partner of the Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0!

Since April 2021, the Munich Consulting Group has been part of the growing partner network of the Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0 in Stuttgart, which the Institute for Automotive Industry (ifa) is responsible for. The Zukunftswerkstatt supports companies in the automotive industry in preparing for the technological transformation process at an early stage in order to secure employment in the industry at the future. The initiative achieves this, among other things, through its exclusive partner network. In addition to strategic partners such as Porsche AG, Mercedes Benz and Audi, as well as innovation partners such as Continental and Bosch, the Munich Consulting Group is also an official innovation partner of Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0, which is attracting great interest throughout the automotive and mobility industry.

Munich Consulting Group advises and realizes in particular the implementation of digital and sustainable solution concepts for the smooth workshop operation of tomorrow. Thanks to its many years of experience in a wide range of automotive aftersales projects for various manufacturers, Munich Consulting Group is a provider of ideas and input for sustainable and future-proof workshop concepts.

Both sides - Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0 and Munich Consulting Group - look forward to work together in partnership:

Prof. Dr. Stefan Reindl, Managing Director of Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0 and CEO of the Institute of Automotive Economics (IfA) sees Munich Consulting Group as a valuable addition to the existing partner network:

"With Munich Consulting Group, Zukunftswerkstatt's partner network gains an experienced management consultancy with extensive expertise and experience in the field of digitization as well as with regard to the optimal use and analysis of a wide range of data in the dealership. Together, we are thus offering companies in the automotive trade real added value and practicable approaches to solutions we look forward to the results-focused."

Dr. Christian Grams, CEO & Founder of Munich Consulting Group and initiator of the PEAK-PERFORMER initiative, sees a lot of potential in the cooperation:

"We are looking forward to combining our expertise from marketing and service optimization as well as the professionalization of (original) parts distribution with our know-how in business intelligence & data analytics and to present it in the form of realistic and user-related examples in the physical and interactive environment of Workshop 4.0."

Dr. Christian Grams

The Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0 is a constantly growing project that was launched for the automotive industry in July 2020 by the steering committee of the "Transformation Council for the Automotive Industry" in Baden-Württemberg, chaired by Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, Minister of Economics and Labor. The Zukunftswerkstatt 4.0 takes on the role of an "innovation showcase" that can be used to test new technologies and systems along the customer journeys in sales and aftersales. Conceptually, the Future Workshop represents a real place where the actual structures and processes of a car dealership are mapped in a realistic and practical manner.
