Career model.

Junior Consultant

The career start for graduates and young professionals. At the beginning of your career you will be directly involved in projects and will receive professional support from your project manager and mentor.


The entry point for professionals and experienced professionals. Here you take direct responsibility for your own projects or sub-projects. You will independently supervise processes, results and target achievement in your projects. This stage sets the course for professional or disciplinary development.

Senior Consultant

As an experienced senior consultant, you will be responsible for managing and operating several projects or entire teams. In close cooperation with the management, you will actively contribute to the further development and growth of the company.


As a manager, you will be responsible for the operation and strategic development of your business area in all its technical and commercial aspects and will participate in it. You will also support your colleagues as a coach.

In an open 30 to 60 minute telephone interview, we focus on you as a person. We clarify the most important questions for the further application process with a contact person from the respective specialist department.

3. Live interview

During a 60- to 120-minute personal appointment, we test your professional and methodical skills. An interview will take place with the management of the specialist department and you will prove your skills in a case study.
