Peak Performer Stiftung.
More joy in achievement – a foundation with heart and attitude.

Peak Performer Stiftung.

At a time when performance is often equated with pressure and competition, the Peak Performer Stiftung is sending a powerful message: it shows that effort can be enjoyable – and that peak performance is not only achieved in sports or at work, but also in our interactions with one another.

As a non-profit initiative, it brings together personalities from the worlds of sport and business to teach children and young people values that will make them strong for life.

The foundation was established by Dr. Christian Grams, founder and managing director of the Munich Consulting Group. As the initiator and managing partner of the Peak Performer Stiftung, he combines economic expertise with social commitment – and is fully committed to the vision of empowering young people.

Brief profile.

Who we are – and why we do what we do

The Peak Performer Stiftung was founded by around 40 top performers, including Olympic champions, entrepreneurs, and visionaries. Their common goal is to encourage young people to discover their own strengths and enjoy working on themselves. The foundation is organized as a non-profit limited liability company and pursues exclusively social purposes with projects that touch and move people.

As patron, Magdalena Neuner, two-time Olympic champion and multiple world champion in biathlon, supports the foundation with great passion. She not only contributes her fame, but also her personal conviction: to show children that achievement can be fun – and that it can help them grow.

More joy in achieving.

Performance should be fun – and meaningful

Performance is not an end in itself. It is an expression of self-efficacy, team spirit, and the desire to make a difference. The foundation shows children that it can be fulfilling to work hard – when you are supported, when you grow together, and when you realize: I can achieve something. This feeling is at the heart of our work.

Our values.

Values that make children strong – and our society more humane

The Peak Performer Stiftung stands for a new kind of performance culture: personal, collaborative, courageous. Our work is based on four core values that we live by – and seven principles that we pass on. We cater to all children and young people – regardless of their background, talent, or previous athletic experience. Because peak performance doesn’t start with a trophy, but with an attitude.

The four core values

These values shape our camps, our encounters, and the way we interact with each other. They make it clear that achievement is not a privilege for the few, but an opportunity for everyone.

The seven principles for excellence

Our principles are not just theory – they are lived out in practice. Children learn the following with us:

Wanting to constantly improve

Leaving your comfort zone

Doing things completely or not at all

Moving forward under your own steam

That hard work pays off

Learning from mistakes

Achieving more as a team

These principles provide guidance – not only in sports, but in life. They show that anyone can be a peak performer. Not because they are better than others, but because they are willing to believe in themselves and be there for others.

Why teaching values can be fun

Our projects are not about teaching, but about experience. Children climb, play, tinker, laugh – and in the process learn what it means to work hard, persevere, and be there for one another. We believe that those who experience joy in achievement carry this attitude with them throughout their lives.

Kids Camps.

Where values come to life – and children surpass themselves.

Our Kids Camps are at the heart of the foundation. Here, children experience genuine community, exciting challenges, and inspiring role models. Whether it’s soccer, biathlon, or a craft project, the focus is always on creating something together and discovering that they can do more than they thought.

“We let them feel that it’s fun to achieve something.”

Goals & Vision.

“We support the top performers of tomorrow” – and by that we mean: everyone who wants to

Our vision is a society in which children are courageous, set goals for themselves, and work toward them with enthusiasm. We want achievement to be viewed positively again – as an expression of self-confidence, team spirit, and responsibility. And we want every child to have the opportunity to experience this.
