The focus of the event was the panel discussion moderated by Thomas Weiß (School of Skills) with Dr. Christian Grams, (CEO of the Munich Consulting Group), Andreas Kraus (Managing Director of Goldsteig Käsereien Bayerwald) and Rainer Brandl (Director of Sales Molex). The three managers willingly provided information about their personal careers and the daily demands in their job as managers. All three agreed that setbacks are particularly important for personal and professional development. Especially in situations in which not everything goes according to plan, your own creativity is particularly in demand. And more often than not, the best ideas and innovations are born out of these situations. Flexibility and creativity are also enormously important in a manager's everyday professional life.
Since its foundation in 2005, the Munich Consulting Group GmbH, under the leadership of Dr. Christian Grams, has grown from a small start-up to an internationally active management consultancy. Currently, more than 150 employees take care of complex projects in the areas of Industrial Engineering, Product Compliance, Marketing & Sales and Contracting & Recruitment.
The next executive training course “Gipfelstürmer – Human Skills and Leadership (HSL)” will take place on 14 May 2020 at Mariakirchen Castle. Further information is available on the Internet at www.ichlerneführen.de
